We (HCC) have been asked if any of our members would like to attend a presentation on photographer Lee Miller Penrose by her son Anthony Penrose which as been organised by Stevenage Photographic society. Antony will be talking about his mothers incredible life as a war time photo journalist amongst other things .
The lecture will be on 21st October 2019 , and tickets will be £5 each, soon NOW available to buy on a first come first serve basis – Due to limited seating available.
Chris Ludwick from Stevenage will let us know when the tickets will be available and where the presentation will take place (however since the 21st October is a Monday – SPC’s usual club night) I suspect it may be at their normal meeting place in the Roaring Meg Retail park.
