Like most clubs towards the end of the season (late April or early May) we hold our Annual General Meeting. Here we get updates from the Chairman, Treasurer, Programme secretary, and Competition Secretary. We then ask for nominations for the committee for the next year, and discuss any business or matters arising.
Finally we round the evening off by announcing the results of the year’s competitions and giving out prizes and trophies.
