    Change to original programme.

We often complain about judges - however very few of us have judged images formally, in this evenings event we'll be dividing the members into groups and asking them to have a go at judging.

Andy (as a qualified judge) will open the evening and will give an insight into what a judge actually needs to do, before allowing each of the groups to evaluate some past competition images and be the judge!

Every year we hold our AGM to bring the members up to date with what’s been going on in the club over the last year, tell the members what’s coming up for the next season and get the members input on how they want the club to be run. I’d therefore ask you all to attend this important meeting.

We’ll be publishing the Agenda 2-3 weeks before the meeting, and would ask that if there’s anything you’d like to discuss you raise it in writing no less than 1 week before the meeting.

We should also be presenting trophies from the club´s competitions on this evening, and we there may be a charity auction too !

A day out to Ely by train. A cathedral town, the second smallest city in England. Named for the eels that have a strong connection with the city. Local restaurants serve eels caught in the River Great Ouse - worth a taste! There's lots to visit in Ely including the cathedral which is a must. There is also a stained glass museum, Oliver Cromwell's house, a three-story Riverside Antiques Centre, a market, a museum and much more.

If you wanted to stay longer into the evening you can take a ghost tour of the city.

Train from Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth or Baldock to Cambridge and then a train from Cambridge to Ely.

    More information to come.
