Photography walk by the Woodland Trust 26th June

The woodland trust are organising a photowalk around Heartwood forest near St Albans, this coming Wednesday starting at 10:00AM.

The event will be led by 2 experienced “snappers” (I hope they mean photographers not crocodiles) and costs £5.

Explore Heartwood though a lens: join this walk around the forest and take the opportunity to photograph the wild flower meadows and developing woodland under the guidance of two experienced Heartwood photographers. 

10am – 12pm.

£5 per person, places limited to 7 people so advance booking essential.

  • This event is not suitable for under 16s. 
  • Please dress appropriately for the weather.  Insect repellent advised in warmer weather.
  • The ground may be muddy, and uneven in places.
  • Park in the main car park, situated off the B651, the main road that runs from Sandridge to Wheathampstead (Postcode AL4 9DQ).
