If you’re looking for a fun and colourful “people” event to photograph, make sure you check out the Vaisahki Procession through Hitchin on at lunchtime on Saturday 13th April.
This event is the Sikh New Year and celebrates the beloved five (the first five Sikhs) who are represented in the parade by five followers in traditional Sikh dress.
The procession starts in Wilbury Way and continues through Grove Road and then along Bancroft into the centre of town.
