Within the HCC calendar most of the competition subjects are repeated from year to year, however 2 competitions feature new subject for just that particular year. One of the changing competitions for the 2018 is “Food” (the other new subject for 2017-18 is Architecture)

Anything to do with the production, preparation, or presentation of food for consumption, including raw or cooked food and drinks.
